This pattern in made using approximately 100 yards of feltable heavy weight main color wool yarn and 30 yards of heavy weight wool for the top not if desired, and size 10 ½ circular needles. Use your own creativity to create any color alpaca your young rider desires. The stick alpaca is mounted on a 3 foot long, ¾ inch dowel stick. The gray mouth uses approximately 20 yards of light gray wool for the markings and 18mm brown plastic eyes, and is attached to the dowel with adhesive Velcro.
