This is an advanced pattern, worked in feltable heavy weight wool yarn, and is knitted on size 10 ½ needles.  For a bicolored, tabby striped cat, this pattern uses approximately 150 yards of tan(t), approximately 120 yards of white(w), approximately 100 yrds dark orange, approximately 25 yards of light pink wool yarn for the nose and ears and approximately 75 yards of white or scrap yarn for fillers.  I also used 30 yards of dark orange sport weight yarn for stripes.  I used knitted fillers for the tail and front legs and hind paws to make stuffing tight areas easier and more even, but knitted fillers are optional.  You can choose to use stuffing instead.
