This stick dragon is worked feltable wool yarn, in stockinette stitch, ribbing stitch, and short rows. Some simple embroidery and crochet stitches are also used. The head is worked on 10 ½ and 5 circular needles with 150 yards of medium green heavy weight wool yarn and 50 yards of light yellow for snout) and 30 yarns golden yellow, or color of your choice, The eye backgrounds are worked on size 5 needles with approximately 10 yards heavy weight black wool yarn.
