This is an intermediate pattern, worked in feltable, heavy weight wool yarn on size 10 ½ circular needles. This pattern is worked in stockinette stitch, intarsia, I-cord, and short rows. Simple chain stitching and embroidery are also used for detail work. The knit side will be the right side. This pattern uses 150 yards of bulky black(Bk), and 90 yards of bulky weight honey brown(br), optional 15 yards of red and 5 yards sport weight light blue yarn. The finished project is then fulled. Stitch gauge -3 sts per inch /5 rows per inch.
