This pattern in made using approximately 120 yards of heavy weight wool yarn and size 10 ½ circular needles. You may also use approximately 30 yards for contrast colors for face and outer ears, 6 yards contrast color for inner ear.  Use your own creativity to create any color stick sheep your young rider desires.  The hobby sheep is mounted on a ¾ inch dowel stick, approximately 3 feet long, and is attached with 2 pieces of sticky backed hook side Velcro .
